2. Digital Goods and Services Provided
a. MMR Booster currently provides 3 distinct digital goods or services
b. Boosting Services. Overwatch 2 has competitive game modes that assign ranks to player accounts based on estimated skill level. Customers who purchase Boosting Services on MMR Booster are purchasing a service that allows MMR Booster professionals to temporarily play on the customer’s account on their behalf, with the goal of increasing the account’s virtual competitive rank
c. Account Sales. MMR Booster offers 3 different types of account sales: Trusted Market, Rare Accounts, and 3rd-Party Retail. In Trusted Market purchases, buyers can be sure that accounts they purchase are created from scratch by MMR Booster, hand-leveled by the MMR Booster team, and sold alongside all pertinent account details, with full access to the account’s associated email account (typically a Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account). In Rare Account purchases, all the same conditions that apply to Trusted Market sales described above, also apply to the rare account purchase. In 3rd-Party Retail purchases, MMR Booster will provide the buyer with an account that was previously owned and operated by an unknown 3rd-party. As a result, MMR Booster cannot guarantee safety of the account. To provide an example, the 3rd-party may have cheated on the account, making it more susceptible to being banned in the future. MMR Booster will provide as many details about the account as possible and the associated email account if it is provided us, but ultimately, MMR Booster cannot guarantee that an original email account will be provided, and cannot guarantee that the original owner will not try to reclaim the account at some point in the future
d. Cheating Software and Methods. MMR Booster sells software licenses on a subscription basis that provide customers access to original source code and compiled code developed by MMR Booster. This code is strictly external to Overwatch 2 (and all other applications), is standalone, and does not require any form of injection, modification, duplication, or reverse-engineering of the original Overwatch 2 application (or any other applications) to operate or develop. The knowledge regarding methods of how to employ this software are included as part of this license agreement. Individuals, customers, purchasers, and users of MMR Booster cheat products, software, and methods agree to never share, distribute, sell, or modify any source code, compiled code, or methods
3. Liability and Disclaimers
a. All Purchases. By purchasing boosting services, accounts, or cheats, customers acknowledge they are violating Activision-Blizzard’s End User License Agreement (EULA) regarding account transfers and cheating/unfair advantage. In the worst-case scenario, Blizzard will permanently ban the account for which services were requested
b. Boosting Services. MMR Booster implements many safety measures to prevent account bans from happening, but in the event an account is banned, MMR Booster will not be held liable for the ban, or any associated damages/losses that result. However, if an account ban occurs while the account is being operated by MMR Booster for boosting services, a full refund for the requested services will be provided to the customer
i. Customers should NOT play on their account while MMR Booster is providing boosting services. If this does happen, MMR Booster will warn the customer that this has occurred, and any additional interruptions to our services will void the 14-day money back guarantee outlined in Section 4, paragraph a.i. (we can still provide your boost, just not necessarily within 14-days if the disruption to our team is significant)
c. Account Sales. Buying accounts from 3rd-parties is inherently risky, and while MMR Booster does provide services to help negotiate these transactions and protect our customers, MMR Booster will not be held liable for the ban/loss of any accounts after an account purchase is made
d. Cheating Software and Methods. MMR Booster cheating software has been used discretely by at least 2 individual users throughout multiple competitive seasons in Overwatch 1 and Overwatch 2. Although it is extremely unlikely to be caught using this software with the methods MMR Booster employs, MMR Booster will not be held liable for the ban/loss of any accounts, or any associated damages/losses that result. Furthermore, MMR Booster will not be held liable for any damages/losses that result from generic use of the cheating software or the provided methods. Lastly, all purchases of cheating software and methods licenses and subscriptions are final, and no refunds will be provided for these products
4. Warranty, Guarantees, and Refunds
a. Boosting Services. As described in Section 3, Paragraph b: if an account ban occurs while the account is being operated by MMR Booster for boosting services, a full refund for the requested services will be provided to the customer
i. MMR Booster guarantees that all requested account boosts will be completed within 14 calendar days maximum, starting from the day and time we are able to access your account. Although most boosting services are completed within a few days, if MMR Booster fails to provide this 14-day guarantee, you will receive your account back at whatever rank we were able to achieve, along with a full refund
ii. If MMR Booster is unable to access your account for boosting services within 7 calendar days, and we have not heard back from you regarding assistance in accessing the account, we will return your account, and provide a full refund
iii. After purchase of boosting services, customers may request a full refund at any time up until we access the account
b. Account Sales. MMR Booster guarantees that no attempts will be made by our company or employees to reclaim ownership of an account after sale. MMR Booster will not provide any other warranty, guarantees, or refunds for account purchases on mmrbooster.com, or accounts purchased via third-parties
c. Cheating Software and Methods. MMR Booster will not provide any warranty, guarantees, or refunds for cheating software, cheating software licenses, methods, or methods licenses purchased on mmrbooster.com, or via third-parties
5. Terms of Delivery and Rights of Use
a. Boosting Services. The service will be considered “completed/delivered” when MMR Booster sends a confirmation email to the customer email on file, stating that the boost is complete and they may resume using their account. If the buyer provided a Discord or phone number during checkout, we will also send notifications to these forms of contact. If a phone number is provided, the buyer agrees that standard text messaging data-rates may apply
i. During boosting services, the customer agrees to allow MMR Booster to login using the provided information, and operate the account on the account owner’s behalf
ii. During boosting services, MMR Booster will operate the account in “offline” mode, will not engage in voice chat, and will not respond to any public or private message requests while in-game. MMR Booster may also adjust certain in-game settings such as mouse sensitivity/etc, and will attempt to return them back to the original settings once the boosting services are complete
b. Account Sales. The account will be considered “delivered” when MMR Booster sends a confirmation email to the customer email on file with account information specified in Section 2, Paragraph c.
c. Cheating Software and Methods. The software license and methods will be considered “delivered” when MMR Booster provides the customer with the required source code and compiled code necessary to run the cheat, and provides a description for how to operate and use the cheats, i.e. “methods”. Although this constitutes delivery of the product, the customer is also entitled to any long-term support MMR Booster provides for this product. This may be provided by MMR Booster to the customer in the form of source code updates, compiled code updates, or changes in best practices and methods employed
i. Individuals only have the right to use this software and the methods employed for personal use with a valid software subscription license provided by MMR Booster, and sold on mmrbooster.com. The knowledge regarding methods of how to employ this software are included as part of this license agreement. Individuals, customers, purchasers, and users of MMR Booster cheat products, software, and methods agree to never share, distribute, sell, or modify any source code, compiled code, or methods
ii. All licenses are strictly for personal use, and are considered one-to-one. This means that a license may only be used by one licensee, on one system (computer), at one time
iii. All individuals, corporations, businesses, or other entities, implicitly agree to adhere to these rights of use described herein and above by either downloading, purchasing, using, or being in possession of this software. Any breach of these rights of use, attempts to bypass licensing, or attempts to prevent this standalone software from running or functioning as originally delivered, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible under applicable national and international laws
